Eduardo Meza has moved on to a better place where he has reunited with his daughter Monica, his younger brother Alejandro, and father Oscar among other cherished family members. Eddie, as everyone called him, was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico on February 5, 1971.
He began his career at Dell Technologies and then pursued his father’s vision of entrepreneurship. Eddie and his daughter Monica’s love for music inspired him to form a rock en espanol cover band “Foco Rojo”, thus bringing fantastic live music to the area. He charmed clients and colleagues alike while enjoying tremendous success. Eddie had always been about family and friendship, this was quite evident while taking the opportunity in launching a new food concept in Austin with El Taquito.
Staying true to himself, Eddie loved adventure and left Austin to join his friends in Spain where he lived with his family. As a result, many family and friends got to experience his adoptive country through his guided tours.
Eddie was the fourth in line of six brothers and one sister. He loved life and wished that in his absence, he is honored by living life with the same inspiration and adventure that drove him. He is survived by his wife Angelica B. Meza of 27 years, his daughter Nataly, his mother Laura, his brothers Oscar, Jaime, Ricardo, Jose, his sister Laura, and their families.
Eduardo Meza, age 50, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021 in Madrid, Spain.
