

He was born on May 26, 1979 to Fabio Galo and Lorena Garcia in Managua, Nicaragua. Fabio was raised in Miami, FL and graduated from Hialeah High School. He moved to Texas when he joined the US Army in 1999. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University. On July 8, 2008 he married Maribel (Gonzalez) Galo.
He began his life of service in 1999, when he joined the United States Army. He retired from the Army after serving honorably for over 20 years with the rank of Sergeant First Class. While in the Army, he was deployed to Iraq three times and earned several medals and commendations for his service. After his retirement, he began working for BAE Systems where he worked his way up to a Sr Value Stream Supervisor. Fabio was a great leader and mentor.
His interests and things that brought him enjoyment were dancing, travel, sports, boxing and cooking for his loved ones.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his beloved wife, Maribel; sons, Julian Jeremiah Galo and Allen Isaah Gonzales; his siblings, Iveth Galo, Lester Galo, Edwin Galo, and Martha Galo; and his parents Fabio Galo and Lorena Garcia.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 14, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. A funeral service celebrating his life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at the funeral home chapel.
