He was born July 30, 1938 in Ada, OK the son of the late E. Lee & John D. McKeel. He married Mary Vaughn on Aug. 15, 1959 in Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated from Classen High School and attended Abilene Christian University. He retired from plumbing fixture sales in 2008.
He is survived by his wife Mary; sons Gary John (Irma) and Vaughn (Sheryl); and his daughter Tiffany Boucher (John); and his granddaughters Ashley McKeel and Keely Boucher and his grandsons Chance Boucher and Christopher McKeel. He was the Candyman and faithful member of the Westside Church of Christ, whose Elders and Deacons are serving as honorary pall bearers.
The service will be held at Westside Church of Christ on Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.
