

Mrs. Simpson loved gardening and traveling. She also collected red bird memorabilia. She especially loved her grandson and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Simpson was a member of Parmer Lane Baptist.
She is survived by her husband of sixty-four years, Woodrow W. Simpson; daughter, Julie Poole; grandson, Jason Poole and his wife, Katharine; brother, Raymond Williamson; great-grandchildren, Greta, Conan, and Gwyneth Poole; and a host of relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be conducted at one o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, the 20th of August, in the Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 N. IH 35 in Pflugerville.
Friends are invited to a visitation with the family one hour prior to the funeral service. The graveside service will be conducted immediately after the funeral service at Cook-Walden Memorial Hill Cemetery.
