Jacquelyn loved to sew. She started sewing doll clothes by hand at age 9. She sewed playsets, dresses, shirts, blouses and even jackets for herself and her children.
Another hobby she enjoyed was putting together many, many picture albums and scrapbooks for her children and grandchildren. She loved her pictures. If there was a family event, she made a book for the person it was in honor of. What a great legacy she has left to her family!
Jacquelyn also enjoyed collecting anniversary and Christmas Barbies. She accumulated quite a collection.
Jacquelyn was also a great cook - down home cooking was her specialty. No one can forget her noodles! She cooked thousands of meals for her family in her lifetime.
When Jacquelyn retired from work, she still worked very hard in a lifetime of service for her family. She and Clifford raised 2 granddaughters and helped out with twin grandchildren. In the years to come, she helped raise some of her greatgrandchildren. She never sat down unless it was working on her pictures - she was always working in the home and helping with grand and great-grand kids.
During her lifetime, Jacquelyn went by the nickname of Jackie. Her favorite color was green and her favorite flowers were yellow roses.
