Thank you to all his nurses, teachers, and caregivers that all became part of our family. Our home was always open, and Landan looked forward to seeing each of them. There are not enough words to adequately describe the gratefulness, kindness, and professionalism that he received from his outstanding medical team that cared so deeply for Landan. To acknowledge just a few that were with him and helped his peaceful journey into heaven: Landan’s palliative physician team, Dr. Liam Fry and Mary Mann NP; his Traditions Health Hospice team of Courtney Taylor LVN and Aimee Crump RN; his private duty nursing staff of Lauren Burke RN, Leah Johnson RN and Operations Manager Richelle Johnson.
We will always know that each of these special people devoted their love and care for Landan and it clearly showed by his beautiful smile.
