Larry Duane Albright, Jr.

Larry Albright, Jr. passed away at the age of 37 on May 24, 2017 at his home in Austin. Larry was born on January 20, 1980 in Austin to Larry Albright Sr. and Danielle Barger-Taylor. He grew up with one sister, Cadi Albright-Arreola. He enjoyed taking his dogs on walks, BBQing and getting tattoos. Larry worked long hours along-side his father as a painter within the family owned business.

Larry married Lisa Barnard in October of 2002 and was the proud father of three children, Chasity Albright (17), Shawn Albright (16), and Nicholas Albright (9). They loved being adventurous together and going fishing, swimming at the coast, watching cartoons and sipping on sweet tea. Larry had an incredible love for his family. He always enjoyed laughing with his mother and goofing off with his sister.

Larry is preceded in death by his grandparents, Sam and Dorothy Evans; grandfather, Chester Barger; grandparents, James and Ann Albright; uncles, Barry and Mike Albright, Michael Schell and Kevin Barger; cousins, Jay Barger, Brandon and Zachary Salinas, and Amy Clifton.

Larry is survived by his wife, Lisa; children, Chasity, Shawn and Nick; parents, Larry Albright, Sr. and Danielle Barger-Taylor; step-father, Gene Taylor; sister, Cadi Albright-Arreola; brother-in-law, Jason Arreola; and his fur-babies, Daisy, Cowboy, and Carlos the Meatball Albright.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at the funeral home chapel. He will be laid to rest at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
