

Louisa lived a long, full and happy life and was a devoted wife, sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great- grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends and her hobbies where crocheting, playing bingo, and lottery scratch offs.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Ignacio H. Castillo; her parents, John Sr. and Manuela Carrazco; brother, John Carrazco Jr.; son, Sam Castillo; daughter, Georgia Cantu; and son-in-law, Jesse Cantu.
Louisa will be greatly missed by her surviving family of seven children, Jesse and wife Janie Castillo, Arthur and wife Yolanda Castillo, Martha and husband Joe Mendoza, Benny and wife Mary V. Castillo, David and wife Judy Castillo, Bertha and husband Domingo Flores Sr., and Diana and husband Jerry Briones; as well as two sisters, Rosie Ruiz and Tommie Rodriguez, 30 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM with a rosary and celebration of her life recited at 7:00 PM on Friday, November 30, 2012 at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 1st at 1:30 PM at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Austin Heart Hospital, WestOak Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, and at SouthPark Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for their loving care the last few days of her life.
Rest in peace, we will always love and have you in our hearts forever.
