She leaves to cherish her memories her beloved husband of 58 years, Mr. Isaias Salinas Sr. Children: Hilda, Isaias Jr. and wife Mary, Rudy and wife Tina, Lee Roy and Molly, Danny and wife Orbilia; all of Austin, Texas. Sammy and wife Lupe of Luling, Texas. Twelve grandchildren, four great grand-children. She was involved in the church and had a love for her faith in God. One of her passions was the family. Giving advise (cosejos) when she was able to do so. She was a simple person. A housewife all her life. To her it was very important in raising her children to have faith in God and being a good productive member of society. And yes, she was known to have a Pepsi in her hand most of the time. As some who knew her, knew she loved her roosters. She was first seen on a farm tractor many years ago by Isaias, and right there, he knew she was the one for him.
The family wishes to acknowledge and thank Hospice Austin (Christopher House) and staff for her care, Dr. Ellen Smith, Pastor Benjamin & Anita Gomez, Tia Linda, Lola, Molly, Matthew, Angie and everyone not mentioned that was involved in her care. Also, those who have expressed their sincerest love in prayer and support to the Salinas Family during this time of transition.
