Born in Vietnam on December 2, 1929, Mo was passionate about caring for children and dedicating her life to the Catholic church. She supported the Port Arthur Catholic church by preparing meals for the congregation. She also enjoyed cooking, socializing, gardening, and playing cards with girlfriends.
Ms. Nguyen is survived by her only daughter, Dung Kim Nguyen, and two grandchildren, Kim and Van Nguyen. Close family also includes "Aunt" Nhuong Nguyen of Anaheim and "Uncle" Linh Nguyen of Santa Ana, CA.
