

Mary was born on September 16, 1939. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Mary married Ray, her US Army husband of 60 years. Her entire life was devoted to her husband and 5 children.
She had a passion for Elvis Presley and tennis. Religion and prayer were a huge part of Mary’s life. She always believed in honesty and fairness with her children; a mother who you could turn to for anything and will forever be missed.
Mary was a devoted Catholic, a loving wife and the most amazing mom in the world!
Mary Fernandez is survived by her 5 children; Angela, Joseph, Carlos, Teresa & her spouse John, Anthony & his spouse Melisa, 6 grandchildren; Christopher & his spouse Jessica, Triplets – Reese, Rilee & Raven, Alina, Grace, 2 great grandchildren; Nicolas, Nathan.
A visitation for Mary will be held Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., 14501 North Interstate 35, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. A committal service will occur Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery, 11463 TX-195, Killeen, Texas 76542.
