Melba worked for a short time in her 20’s for Humble Oil, now Exxon, in the payroll department. In 1944, she married husband, Bobby Lee Reynolds at First United Methodist Church in Houston, TX. After marrying, she devoted her time to being a wife and mother. She was also a member of the Women’s Executive Club for a year and held the position of Vice-President.
She was preceded in death by her brother, H.C. Voss; husband, Bobby Lee Reynolds; and is survived by their daughter, Pamela Heaney; granddaughter, Kristen Schwab; great-grandsons, Michael and Jacob Schwab.
