Mike Allison, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on July 9th 2023. His departure has left an immeasurable void in the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing him. Born on March 23rd 1949 in Alexandria, Minnesota he was 74 years old.
He led a life filled with love, compassion, and unwavering devotion to his family and friends. He was a pillar of strength and a constant source of inspiration. His legacy will forever be etched in our hearts, and his memory will continue to guide and uplift us.
A man of integrity and honor, he touched the lives of many with his kindness and generosity. He had a genuine concern for others and possessed an incredible ability to empathize and understand. Whether it was offering a helping hand or lending a listening ear, he was always there for those in need.
He was a family man through and through. He cherished his role as a husband, and his love for his wife was unwavering and enduring. As a father, he was a guiding light, imparting wisdom, instilling values, and ensuring that his children felt loved and supported unconditionally. His grandchildren were a source of immense joy, and he reveled in their laughter and milestones.
Mike had an infectious smile that could light up any room. His sense of humor was legendary, and he had an uncanny ability to find joy in the simplest of things. He taught us to appreciate life's blessings and to face challenges with resilience and optimism.

Mike, the son of John and Jeanne Allison is survived by his wife Cheri, son Chris, daughter Tracey, and 6 grandchildren. His memory will also be cherished by his extended family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
A memorial service to celebrate his remarkable life will be held on July 17th 10am at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home. We invite all those whose lives were touched by Mike to join us in bidding farewell to a truly extraordinary individual.
