Nancy Jane Ryan

Nancy J. Ryan of Manor, Texas, passed away on May 15, 2021 at the age of 87. A former resident of Peekskill, New York, she was born in Buchanan, New York to Edward J. and Anne (Gilbride) Rush. Nancy graduated from Hendrick Hudson High School and the State University of New York at Farmingdale.

Nancy is survived by her daughters Patricia Ryan of West Babylon, N.Y. and Mary Jane Ryan of Manor, Texas., her son Michael (Nora) Ryan of Wappinger Falls, N.Y., her son-in-law Anthony (Kathleen)Cacciatore of Pflugerville, Texas. And her brother John P. Rush of The Villages, Florida.

She is also survived by four grandsons, Thomas (Brittany) Ryan, Nicholas (Chloe) Ryan, Anthony (Julia) Cacciatore, Michael (Jaclyn) Cacciatore, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Nancy is predeceased by her parents, her husband of 44 years., Thomas Ryan and her daughter, Kathleen Ryan Cacciatore.

Visitation will be Friday, May 21, 2021, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., in the Mausoleum Chapel at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas. Prayer services to be officiated by her grandson, Anthony.

Nancy will go home to Peekskill, N.Y. where visitation will be Monday, May 24,2021, 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.., at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, Kings Ferry Rd., Montrose, N.Y. Funeral mass will be offered on Tuesday, May 25,2021, 10:00 a.m., at Assumption Church, First St., Peekskill, N.Y. with interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, Oregon Rd., Peekskill. N.Y.
