Rosa Hilda Andrade of Austin, Texas was born October 9, 1961 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas to Honorio and Maria Nieves Andrade. Rosa passed away peacefully in her residence on December 24, 2024. Rosa enjoyed the company of her brothers and sisters, and always looked forward to their visits. Rosa had three beautiful granddaughters whom were her pride and joy. Rosa was a strong, resilient, and caring person and will be remembered as strong willed even through her final days.
She is survived and loved by her children Adriana Mahoney husband Aaron Mahoney, Luis Alberto Robledo, and Mayte Garcia husband Andres Garcia; granddaughters Alayna Rose Mahoney (10), Emilia Itzae Robledo (7), and Sophia Elena Garcia (6); familia Andrade and Robledo.
She is preceded in death by her son Miguel Angel; grandson Andres Jr. Garcia; siblings Guadalupe Andrade, Juan Andrade, Lourdes Andrade; and parents Honorio and Maria Nieves Andrade.
A visitation for Rosa will be held Friday, January 3, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home, 14501 North Ih-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660, with a funeral service to follow immediately after. Following the service, the burial will be held at the Cook Walden Capital Parks Cemetery adjacent to the funeral home.
