He cared about others and would give the shirt off his back, if needed. Stephen loved spending time with his family on hunting and fishing trips, playing video games and ‘basically’ spending time together. He was a huge Texans fan with a superior knowledge of team statistics and trivia that he loved to share. Stephen will forever be remembered for his generosity and kindness.
Stephen was survived by his daughter, Skylar Naylor; parents, Mike and Laurie Depew, Jerry and Gayle Lilley; brothers, Kevin Depew and Jacob Lilley; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home with a funeral service beginning immediately afterwards at 7:00 p.m. in The Memorial Chapel of the funeral home.
