Steven’s most favorite thing to do was to go fishing. He was also a die-hard Redskins fan. He was a talented wood worker, and made some really amazing things for family and friends. He loved his grandkids, and enjoyed spending time with Abby and PJ whenever it was possible. Steven worked in the grocery business for over 40 years, and was loved and respected by everyone he worked with at HEB and Albertsons.
Steven is preceded in death by his mother, Clarice Turner, and his brother, Ronny Turner. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Robyn L. Turner of Pflugerville; daughter, Trinity M. Turner of Round Rock; sons, Toby N. Turner of London, England and Phillip J. Turner of Dilley, Texas; brothers, Tom Turner of Concord, North Carolina, Bill Turner of Rapid City, South Dakota, and Paul Turner of Norfolk, Virginia; and his beloved grandchildren, Chelsie Moran of Panama City, Florida, Mikaila Blacke of El Campo, Texas, Abby York of Pflugerville, Texas, Rose Forrington of London, England, Christopher Blake of Barrette, Texas, Jack Forrington of London, England, and Phillip Turner of Pflugerville, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made in Steven’s name to the American Cancer Society.
