He was born on August 3, 1939 in Zanesville, Ohio to Charles A. and Alta Ruth (Scheffler) Riley. He served in the Ohio Army National Guard. Keith was a devoted member of the Hill Country Bible Church and served as an usher. He worked for Murphy Oil Company and H.E.B. food stores in Austin.
Keith is survived by his wife, Olva J. Hughes; children, Brian K. Riley, Michelle Anders, Linda Riley, Meghan Demont, and Christine Riley; twelve grandchildren; and his brother, David Riley.
Family and friends are invited to gather at a visitation to be held from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, Texas.
