Wayne loved the life, the work and the family that God gave him. He enjoyed country music, camping, gardening, dancing and building things out of rocks. He enjoyed being with his loved ones and spent a lifetime serving and quietly leading them. Wayne set an example of faith, commitment, selflessness, contentment, patient love and a strong work ethic for his children, grandsons and great-grandkids to follow. He knew he was a blessed man, indebted to Christ and the sacrifice Christ made for him on the cross. While Wayne did not want to leave his beloved family here on earth, especially his wife of over 60 years, he found comfort in knowing that when that day came, he would be in the presence of Jesus and would be reunited with his daughter Susan.
