Albert retired from the city of Phoenix after 30 years in the sanitation department as a dedicated employee.
Albert is survived by his wife of 64 years Carmen Chayrez Valencia, son Robert, daughter Sandra, son-in-law Rick, as well as 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, and sisters Juana Garcia, and Ramona Arredondo. A visitation for Albert will be held Monday, October 3, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at A.L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuaries Bethany Chapel, 710 West Bethany Home Road, Phoenix, AZ 85013. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, October 4, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1954 N 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008 with burial to follow at St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, 2033 N 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
