Little Baby Boy Alonzo Martinez Valdez III, passed away on June 1, 2015. A Visitation will be held 8:30am, Monday, June 8, 2015 in the Chapel of Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85009 followed by a Funeral Service at 9:30am. Interment will then take place at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery.
