Annie was born July 27, 1927 to Nicandro and Hermejilda Gallegos. She worked in the restaurant industry, as an electronic technician and interpreter for Mission of Mercy. Annie was always the life of any event and loved her family, friends and most importantly Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Annie is preceded in death by her son, Joe Garcia and leaves behind her husband, Angel Garcia; daughter, Patricia Lucero; grandchildren: Joey Garcia (Sandra), Angelica Garcia, Briana Lucero, Tara Lucero, Roman Lucero and great-grandchildren: Natalie, Quincee, Indiana and Gabriella. She also leaves behind family members: Manuel Rosales, Mary Helen Nava, Betty Dewey (Tim), Ruben Valenzuela, the entire Garcia, Lopez, Moreno families and many others too numerous to list.
A celebration of Annie’s life will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Monastery, 8502 West Pinchot, Phoenix, Arizona 85037. Gathering will begin at 9:00 a.m., Rosary at 9:30 a.m., Mass at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be at 11:30 a.m. at Greenwood Memory Lawn, 719 North 27th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85009. Reception will immediately follow.
