Anthony Lynn Starks

Anthony is survived by his wife of over 30 years, Victoria Starks of Litchfield Park, AZ, son Anthony C. Starks of Litchfield Park, AZ, father Charles N. Starks (Juanita) of Dalton, GA, mother Delia M. Starks, brother Michael R. Starks and sister Mrs. Tonya Craig (Robbie).

Anthony is preceded in death by his sister Charlene Starks of Dalton, GA.

Anthony Lynn Starks was born on September 12, 1957 in Dalton, GA to Charles and Delia Starks. He graduated from Dalton High School in 1976 and joined the United States Air Force as an Avionics Electronics Technician soon after. During his time of service, Anthony married Victoria A. Roybal on May 24, 1985 in Clovis, NM. After their marriage, Tony was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base and ultimately retired at Luke Air Force Base in 1998 after 20 years of faithful service to his country.

After retiring, Tony put his military knowledge to practical use in the civilian sector. He worked as a PC Support Technician in the banking industry and later as an IT Manager at Realty Executives Phoenix.

Funeral services officiated by Pastor Jim Sumney will be held on March 3, 2017 at Advantage Maryvale Funeral Home (6901 W. Indian School Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85033), with a reception to follow at 5426 N. Rattler Way, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Anthony's life.
