

Tony "Nino" was born the youngest of four children to Frank and Leonarda Vultaggio in Brooklyn, New York. As a young child the family moved to Huntington Station, New York.
He served proudly in the United States Army from 1950-1953 and was proud to be called a Korean War Veteran. He returned after service to a very successful legacy in the the retail business built by his father and siblings and continued to the make the family business grow.
In 1959 he met the girl of his dreams Geraldine Musso from Garden City, New York and made her his wife of 65 years. He and Geraldine moved to Greenlawn, New York to start their family.
Then in 1976, three children later they found themselves moving to sunny Arizona. They settled in Paradise Valley and began the legacy of Anthony's Gifts. He became a successful businessman in the retail industry for collectibles and local artists and went nationwide with collectibles. As one of the largest DeGrazia dealers in the county he continued to build new locations. He managed many stores on 5th Ave in Scottdale, Fountain Hills, Phoenix and Carefree Arizona. He found it comical the the Carefree store was located on Ho Hum and Easy Street.
He worked hard and found life in Arizona to the perfect place to retire. He retired at the age of 62 and during that time allowed him to travel. He was able to experience Europe and lot of countries. But of course, Sicily, Italy made a true connection to his heritage. Again with the street signs he found a street named Vultaggio and of course this was one of the many highlights of his travels.
Unfortunately he experienced the loss of his only son Frank Vultaggio who was a victim of a car accident on November 28th, 2016. This loss of his son and best friend took its toll on his life.
Anthony"Tony" was a deeply beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Geraldine Vultaggio and his oldest daughter Lenora Vultaggio Ross(Jerry Rathtjen, fiance)granddaughter Jamie Hughes(Andrew Giguiere, fiance)and granddaughter Jamie Hughes(Andrew Giguiere, fiance), youngest daughter Felicia Vultaggio Driscoll(Mark, husband), grandson Connor Driscoll and granddaughter Caitlin Driscoll(Emmanuel Hernandez, Fiance)and of course his first great grandchild Ezale Andre Hernandez
A visitation for Anthony will be held Monday, March 4, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027. A funeral service will occur Monday, March 4, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027. A graveside service will occur Monday, March 4, 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027.
