Barbara Alystia Wyse

Barbara Alystia Wyse (Beery), 81, passed peacefully on Tuesday, October 9, 2018. Born in Kalamazoo Michigan she is the daughter of Charles and Alystia Secor Beery. Barbara was raised in Kalamazoo Michigan and moved to Phoenix with her family in 1954 where she graduated from West High School in 1955. She married Samuel Allen Fancher in December 1955.

She is survived by her children, Kathleen, Kevin and Susan; grandchildren, Robert Owens, Mackenzie Bey, Mandy Fancher, Kevin Fancher Jr., Bethany Fancher, Destiny Fancher, Stefanie Marcotte, Shaun Lameyer and Jake Lameyer; great-grandchildren, Kaylie Owens, Mason Owens, Gage Lameyer, Luke Marcotte, Mariah Fancher and Michael Fancher. Barbara is also survived by 4 sisters, Doris Carlisle, Judy Crockett, Sharon Haugen and Carol Pope and 2 brothers Richard Beery and Jack Beery and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents, sisters Stella Beery and Frances Beery and brother Robert Beery.

Barbara was a Registered Nurse and owned Occupational Nursing Services for many years. She enjoyed traveling, shopping and being with her friends and family.

Visitation will be Monday, October 15, 2018 from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 11:00 a.m. at A.L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Road. Burial will be at Greenwood Memorial, 2300 W. Van Buren Street, Phoenix Arizona.
