Betty V. Hidalgo (1950-2025), passed surrounded in love, Saturday, June 7th 2025, after a fierce battle with cancer. Although the last three years were dedicated to her fight, she did not let that define her. During her illness, she carried on as she did her entire life, caring for and tending to her family. She lived in the kitchen and got the most joy out of spending time with her grandchildren.
Throughout her life, she could be counted on for love and support and a brutally honest opinion. Her wit, sense of humor and sunshine filled laughter will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed by her husband Fred who shared a life with her for 59 years, her children Freddie, Kristine, Diana and Tiffany, their spouses, Stephanie, Jesus, Jose and Bryan, her grandchildren Chyna, Manuel, Amara, Ava and Jack, her Brother and Sisters and especially her sister Angie who held a special place in her heart.
The strength, warmth and love she gave throughout her lifetime will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her.
