

She grew up in Parkersburg WV where she graduated from Parkersburg High School with the Class of 1939. In 1943, she married Henry L (Hank) Miller just before he was shipped to the European theater of operation during World War II. When employment opportunities beckoned Hank they moved to Swarthmore, Pennsylvania in 1966, and then to Phoenix, Arizona in 1970 where they spent the rest of their lives.
Beulah was preceded in death by her father, James Everett McGraw her mother Hallie Christine McGraw, her husband of 58 years Henry "Hank" Miller, a twin brother who died in very early infancy,a brother Vollie McGraw and three sisters, Betty Christine Crampton, Edna Crawford and Tillie Hoselton. She is survived by her sister Mary Dollman of Vienna WV.

She is survived by two daughters and their husbands Ginny (George) Armistead of Morgantown, West Virginia, and Jill (Jeff) Short of Glendale, Arizona. Surviving also are two grandsons and their wives, John (Melissa) McCoy and Matt (Sera) Armistead of Morgantown, West Virginia and her two adorable great grandsons, Jack and Cooper McCoy also of Morgantown who lovingly nicknamed her "Boo". We must also not forget her many nieces, nephews and friends whom she dearly loved and who loved her. "Boo" will be laid to rest with her husband at Phoenix Memorial Park. Remembrances in her name would be graciously received at the 7th St United Methodist Church, 1801 7th St. Parkersburg, WV 26101
