Blanche Josephine Portillo

Blanche J. Portillo age 87 passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 25, 2017 in her home with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren by her side. She was known by many as "Pretty Nana". She lived a very vibrant life. She enjoyed going to church, traveling, having long conversations with her family and most of all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was survived by Delphina Mejias (Frank Mejias Sr.), Feliciano Portillo Jr. (Juana Portillo), Jose Antonio Portillo (Mary Portillo), Lucy Portillo, Juanita Soto (Manuel Soto), Sylvia Portillo (George Duran), Lola Thorne (Gerald Thorne), Emma Pacheco and Eloisa Medina. She was married to Feliciano Portillo Sr for 53 years. Together they created a family that included 8 daughters, 4 sons, 72 grandchildren, 209 great grandchildren and 36 great great grandchildren. She will be guided by her husband Feliciano, sons Augustine, Robert, daughter Lenore and nephew George as she begins her journey into heaven. She will be greatly missed and forever loved.
