She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Bemis C. Tatem, Jr.
She is survived by her daughters Connie Goss (Jerry), Pamela Hainline (Kenton) and Judith Tanner (Warren). Additionally, she leaves behind seven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren who were greatly loved.
Mrs. Tatem formerly taught Business Office Education at Greenhills High School (Cincinnati) prior to taking the position of Technology Coordinator at Cincinnati Technical College. She ended her career as a liaison for the NASA Shuttle program in Titusville, FL before retiring to Arizona.
A private graveside service will be held for the immediate family at Happy Valley Memorial Park, Inc. in Elizabethton, TN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
