A visitation will be held on January 6, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am at St. Agnes Catholic Church, located at 1954 N 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008. Following the visitation, a Rosary will take place at the same venue from 10:30 am to 11:00 am. A Funeral Mass will be conducted from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at St. Agnes Catholic Church.

The committal will occur on January 6, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm at Resthaven/Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042.

Pallbearers will include Jiovanni Hernandez, Jessie Esquivel, Sabastian Hernandez, Janay Esquivel, Nickolas Korolsky, and Armando Carrillo.
