Clara I. Brzezinski

Clara had an unwavering faith in God and had been a member of St. Jerome’s Catholic Church. She was a very kind person; she had a loving and generous heart, and was always giving to others.

She was a wonderful mother of nine children and spouses; Lois (Steve) Merkovich, Gary (Carol) Brzezinski, Karen (Tom) Buck, Laurie (Ron) Deegan, Debbie (Tom) Grifford, Kathy Eveland, Lynn Purkey, Dore (Merle) Sand, Barbe Brzezinski, thirteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. She also leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her sisters, Rita Stuttgen and Sister St. Agnes, and her sister-in-law, Eleanor Stuttgen. Her extended family also includes many nieces, nephews, cousins, and her beloved pets. She was preceded in death by her sisters Sally Wald and Mary Maier, and brother Frank Stuttgen.

Clara was a world traveler who truly enjoyed her retirement years. She was a lifetime dancer, enjoyed years of bowling and playing cards with her family and friends. She loved to listen to music, especially Jim Reeves and the Big Band era music.

A celebration of her life will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Community at 10815 N. 84th Street, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260, 480-998-3843, on Monday, May 6, 2013 with the Rosary at 10:00 A.M. and Mass beginning at 11:00 A.M.
