David Sanborn Harmon

David Sanborn Harmon, of Glendale, Arizona passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 87 ½ years old. David was born on May 3, 1937, in Albany, New York, the son of Nathaniel Palmer and Lois Roberta (Bristol) Harmon. Since 1974, David has called Arizona home.

David loved to travel, spending time in National Parks, seeing lighthouses and covered bridges, and vacationing in York Beach, Maine.. He also loved playing Rummikub, sometimes playing several games a day.

David is survived by his loving wife Barbara; his children David S. Harmon, Jr. of Kingman, AZ, Robert C. Harmon of Phoenix, AZ, and Cindy Hildebrandt of Phoenix, AZ; his sisters Wendy McDonald of Lakeside, CA and Holly Chick of Spokane, WA; as well as his grandchildren Alex Hernandez of Phoenix, Ash Zeller of Texas, John Zeller of Scottsdale, and Joshua Harmon of Oregon.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 10:00am at the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 E. Lincoln Dr., Scottsdale, AZ 85253. The burial will follow at 2:00pm at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85027.
