

Debra Kay (Holt) Wilson, 54 passed away January 14, 2016 in her home in Phoenix. Deb was born November 18, 1961 in Glendora, California to Geraldine (Schrader) and Gordon Holt. She attended grade school and high school in Covina, California before going on to attend CalPoly, Pomona, where she majored in the study of business finance with a minor in ornamental horticulture.
Deb completed many job opportunities throughout her secondary school career, but began work after graduation as an accountant in the aerospace industry in El Monte, California.
Deb married Donald Wilson February 14, 1993 and moved to Kansas, where they were blessed with two children, Taylor Marie in 1996 and Timothy Clayton in 1999.
Deb worked in accounting in construction and later in the Wilson School District. Deb moved to Alberta, Canada with her husband and family in 2007, where she worked in accounting in the medical field, the last few years being at Horizon Family Medicine, which turned out to be the most enjoyable work in her career.
Deb relocated back to the United States for medical treatment in 2014, followed by her family several months later.
Deb spent the last several months of her life enjoying living near her mother and brother in Phoenix and having her family all together. She was so looking forward to being in the presence of the Lord.
Deb was predeceased by her father, Gordon Holt, Dorrance, Kansas. Surviving family members include her husband of 24 years, Donald, Phoenix; daughter Taylor Wilson and son Timothy Wilson, Phoenix; mother Geraldine Holt, Phoenix; brother Jon Holt, Phoenix; sisters Sara Ortega, husband Ross, Brea, California; and Lyndia Holt, Anchorage, Alaska.
She will be laid to rest next to her Father in Forest Lawn, Covina Hills Honor Park on Saturday, January 30, 2016.
