Denielle Kathleen Vazquez, age 41 passed away on May 20, 2022. She is predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Jimmy R. and Patsy Jo Jackson; Maternal Grandparents, Connie and James Ohlin and aunt, Kirsten Sandner.
Denielle was a mother figure to everyone and took care of everyone that would come to her house. Everyone she knew call her ‘Mom.’
She had a love of cooking and reality T.V., Teen Mom and Keeping up With the Kardashians, among some of her favorites.
Denielle is survived by her husband, Juan Vazquez; children, Alex, Sydny, and Makenzie Vazquez; grandchild, Alayna; her father, James Jackson (Judy Jackson); mother, Karla Settle; sister, Nichole Ryan; brother, Patrick Jackson; stepbrother, Justin Contreras and stepsister, Mandi Edwards.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, June 4, 2022 at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85027.
