Dennis “Denny” Mitcham, 58, of Mesa, Arizona, passed away on February 7, 2011. He was an active member of the Scottsdale Training and Rehabilitation Services and Independent Living Services. He loved all sports, particularly bowling, as he was an Arizona State Champion Ramp Bowler. Denny simply loved to laugh and loved life. He will be dearly missed by all those who loved him. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Mitcham. He is survived by his mother, Wilma Mitcham, brother, Michael (Mary) Mitcham, niece, Laurie, nephews, Christopher and Ryan (Natasha) Mitcham and great nieces and nephews, Dawson, Taylor, Austyn, Kaleigh, Avry, Lantz and Mat. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 11, 2011 at 12:00 P.M. with funeral services at 2:00 P.M. at Greenwood Memory Lawn Chapel, 719 N. 27th Ave., Phoenix, AZ 85009. Interment will follow at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Denny’s name to United Cerebral Palsy.
