Don graduated from Arcadia High School in 1968 after which he received his undergraduate degree in education from Arizona State University in 1972. He received his Doctorate of Law from Golden State and also did a semester at Cambridge studying International Law.
Don had strong ties to the Catholic Church and considered himself a man of faith. He enjoyed a summer home in Hungary. He was a proud veteran who served his country honorably. He will be missed.
Don is survived by his brother David Wiseman, sister Linda Cannon, and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona.
