Eduardo Del Rio Rios

Eduardo Del Rio, 59, passed away unexpectedly on July 11th, 2023. Eduardo “Lalo” was born March 8th, 1964 to his loving parents, Guillermo Del Rio and Estella Rios in San Jeronimo, Guerrero, Mexico. This is also where he attended UNAM to become a petroleum engineer. He later dedicated many years to working in produce and landscaping.

Lalo was a family man. He was always devoted to providing everything he could to make sure his family was comfortable and happy. He enjoyed cooking, watching sports, and caring for his plants. You could always find him going through his tools or sitting on his patio chair enjoying the sunset or downpours. Lalo will always be remembered as a gentle giant. His friendly nature will be dearly missed.

Lalo was a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Maria, and their three daughters; Litzy, Ahtziri, and Jetzy.

A visitation for Eduardo will be held Friday, July 21, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary's Serenity Chapel, 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009. His funeral will be at 1:00, with committal to follow.
