Emily M Kiel-Enright

Emily Marie Kiel-Enright of Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of Massapequa Park, New York, passed on February 1, 2022. She was born Emily Pelliccio on may 5, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York to Italian Immigrant Parents Pellegrino and Amelia Pelliccio. Emily was one of nine children and was the oldest girl and the first child in her family born in the United States. In 1948 Emily married George W Kiel in Brooklyn, New York. Moving to Phoenix, Arizona and almost 39 years of marriage, Emily's husband George passed away.

In 1991 Emily met Jerry Enright who also recently lost his wife a few years earlier. Incredibly both Emily and Jerry shared the same wedding day of October 10, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York at different churches. Emily and Jerry married on August 12, 1991 and remained married for 30 years until Jerry's recent passing on January 24, 2022.

Coming from a family of Bakers. Emily loved to bake, cook and enjoyed Sunday Family Dinners and gatherings at her family's homes in Brooklyn or hosting at home in Long Island.

Emily is predeceased by her parents and 8 siblings, She is survived by her children George, Nora, Michael, Daughter is laws Samantha and Arlene, Grandchildren Nicole, Kristy, Anthony, Tara, Jenna, Jillian, Lisa, Michelle, Michael Jr., Olivia and seven Great-grandchildren.

Private Services will be Held on Thursday February 10,th and Friday February 11th. at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary.
