Ernestine Cruz Kidd

MAY 3 1932- DECEMBER 21, 2011

Maria Cruz Ernestine Sisneros Kidd was born May 3, 1932 and was the fourth child of Doroteo B. and Prisciliana R. Sisneros at Mountainair, New Mexico. She attended Mountainair Grade School before moving Bernalillo, N.M. where she finished Grade School and enrolled at our Lady of Sorrows High School.

In 1950, She married Gilbert Valdez and they had five children, three boys and two girls. Martin, Cathy, Dennis Gilberto, Evangelina, and Leroy Her son, Dennis Gilberto, Leroy and daughter Cathy preceded her death.

In 1959, she married Roy (Jim) Kidd and bore him two daughters, Lorelei and Sharon. She was preceded in death by her baby daughter Sharon Marie Kidd, and husband Roy (Jim) Kidd.

Also preceding her in death, her sister, Lydia; her parents Doroteo and Prisciliana; her brothers Cpl. Dennis O. and Raymond E. and Pablo R. Sisneros.

She arrived by her son, Martin and his wife Barbara of Pitman, New Jersey, daughters, Evangelina and Paul Aldama of Glendale, AZ and Lorelei Kidd of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by her brother and Sister-in-law Eliseo R. and Brigida Sisneros, by her sister, Maria O. Sisneros: by sister & brother-in-law, Ida and Fernando G. Acuña of Oceanside, CA. and by ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

The Valdez legacy was eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

The Kidd legacy is two grandchildren
