

Esther D. Bielert a longtime resident of Cave Creek, Arizona, will be missed by her surviving siblings: Porfirio Diaz, Juan F. Diaz, Maria de la Luz Collins, Socorro Ayala, Jose Diaz, Eva Aguilar, Gonzalo Diaz and Griselda Diaz, along with nieces and nephews.
Born in Durango, Mexico to Ernestina Diaz and Juan F. Diaz. She was a shy, introverted child that grew up to be a beautiful, caring, giving and compassionate individual. A widow, she enjoyed a simple, secluded life with her beloved pet dogs. She was a proud Catholic. Committing many hours to bible study and immersing herself into personal reflection and spiritual growth.
She enjoyed being a homebody, but had traveled all around Europe with her beloved late-husband, Jay H. Bielert. Several of her hobbies included painting, sketching, gardening, traveling, and visiting museums and religious sites and nature.
Esther was a committed individual, who worked mainly in the retail profession at major retail chains. She attended Paradise Valley Community College and earned an Associate Degree in Nursing-Assistance.
A beloved daughter, sister, wife, aunt, niece and friend, she will be greatly missed by her immediate and extended family throughout the United States and Mexico.
A Rosary will take place at St Gabriel Catholic Church, on Monday, December 22, 2025 located at 32648 N. Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, Arizona, on December 22, 2025, from 10:30 am with a Mass to follow
The Committal Service is scheduled at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, Arizona, on December 22, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
