73, of Glendale, AZ went to be with our Father in Heaven Tuesday, July 14th, 2015. Frank was born March 15th, 1942. He was happily married to Josephine Dominguez for 56 years. In those 56 years they had four children. Frank D. (Evelyn) Guzman, Ernie (Diana T.) Guzman, Ophelia G. (Freddie) Gerardo, Daniel (Donnie) Guzman and his adopted daughter Diane K. Guzman. Frank was survived by his wife, 4 children, 3 daughter in laws, 1 son in law, 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He will be missed and loved by all his family and friends. Forever in our Hearts! Memorial Service for Frank will take place Thursday, July 16th at FDA-Greer Wilson Chapel 5921 W. Thomas Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85033 from 4-5:30pm.
