Gail Ann was born in Laramie, WY on March 31, 1950, to Lyle and Faye Deloris Kenyon. She grew up in Riverton, WY where she was raised by Gail Emery and Mary Highland. Gail Ann met the love of her life Charles “Chuck” Vigil Jr., and they were married for 55 years. They raised five children in Wyoming and Colorado before moving to Arizona in 1989.
Gail was most happy when she was surrounded by family and friends. She loved meeting new people and never missed an opportunity to laugh and joke with everyone. She always strived to be the light in people’s lives. (Mathew 5:14-16).
Gail was a great cook, but that was not the only pot she knew how to stir! One of her favorite pastimes was joking with waiters about the more bubbles they poured in her coffee the better tip they would receive. Gail proudly served as a volunteer for Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and many youth sports teams. Gail was very creative and had a passion for sewing and quilting. She entered many of her works in the Arizona State Fair and won countless awards and recognition. Gail’s pets were especially precious to her, they shared an inseparable bond, likely because she loved sneaking table scraps to them, much to the dismay of her daughter!
She is survived by her husband Chuck, her brother Toby (Linda) Kenyon, her children Gerald (Stephanie), Janice (Aaron) Cox, Loren (Sarah), Charlie, and Kenny (Valerie). She will also be greatly missed by her eight Grandchildren (Jessica, Danielle, Angelica, Kaelyn, Dylan, Amelina, Cruz, and Cain) and 10 Great-grandchildren who were very blessed to know her.

Matthew 5:14-16. 14“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead, they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."
