Boy Scout Troop 226 will be erecting a memorial flagpole in campsite 25 of Camp Geronimo to honor Gary's commitment to the troop, the camp, and the BSA. We appreciate all the support he provided.

Sorry to hear of Gary's passing.  May God bless you and your family during this difficult time.  His infectious laugh and sense of humor will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
We wish we could be there for the memorial service, however, Kathleen & I will be celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary in Hawaii at that time.

Dear Marsha and family, we too are so saddened to hear of Gary's passing.  He was such a great guy and we have fun memories of that Alaska cruise in '97. Now I know why God was leading me to give him a call.  I will miss his "Derby" calls and just his hilarious laugh - it always made me laugh every time I heard it or thought about it. I grew up next door to Mr. and Mrs. Watters aka Marsha and Gary. I grew up w/their boys. Awesome neighbors to have. Always looking out for my father when my mother passed away. I remember as a little girl hearing Mr. Watters whistling a tune as he wandered around the yard. Sounding like he was always enjoying what he was doing. Oh Gary how much you will be missed here on this earth!  We know you're with our precious Lord Jesus but the separation from you will be so painful for all of us who loved you so.  We'll miss your laugh, your smile and I'll especially miss calling the house and hearing you yell for Marsh saying "Big Jude is on the phone for you".  I met you when I was only 13 and have had you in my life for the past 53 years.  You introduced me to Spence, helped us get ahead in our business, loved on our kids and grandkids and shared our lives.  Rest well dear brother and we will see you in Eternity.  Spence & Jude xoxox
