79, of Glendale, AZ passed away March 1, 2010. Jake was born December 31, 1930 in River Rouge, MI. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Pearl Donna Jean Lang. Jake is survived by his wife of 22 years, Betty Jean Lang, his daughter Jennifer Rae (Donovan) Lang, son Jake Richard (Kelly) Lang, brother Carl (Mary Ann) Lang, 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by Betty's children Scarlett Taylor and her family, as well as Rick Kruger and his family. Jake retired from Mountain Bell Telephone Company in 1982 after 32 years of service. Jake continued working in the telephone business after retiring. He also served in the US NAVY during the Korean War. He was very talented and would do anything to help a neighbor or friend and will be sorely missed. A Memorial Service will be held at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary (710 W.
