

Born on March 9, 1931, Grover graduated from Morral High School in Radnor, Ohio, and later attended Business School in Marion, Ohio. He served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. On April 9, 1954, Grover married Mary June Cochran. Together, they cherished hosting family reunions and gatherings at their country cabin with fond memories that remain dear to those who shared them.
Grover worked for Eaton Manufacturing until retirement and continued operating a small tax accounting business. Known for his willingness to help with home projects, Grover offered support to both family members and co-workers alike.
He maintained a lifelong bond with his sister, Ruah Buckingham, staying closely connected across the years. Grover was preceded in death by his wife, Mary June Miller; their son, Glendon Miller; sisters Erma Fern Briner, Algae Chamberlain, and Freda Chamberlain; and brothers Oscar Miller and Gaylord Miller. He is survived by his sister Ruah Buckingham; daughter Joetta Miller; daughters-in-law Debra Miller and Tedi Hamilton; grandchildren Sam Miller and Carly Warner; and great-grandchild Rue-Binnie Warner.
