Helen La Fleur

Helen La Fleur, age 90, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. Helen was born in Brooklyn, New York. She attended the Brooklyn Girl's Academy and worked at 'Saks 34th Street' as a young woman before marrying Francis "Frank" La Fleur in 1956; becoming a Mom of 3 and starting a home mailer business. After the kids were grown, she worked part-time at Horizon High School. Helen was a member of St Joseph's Church Women's Guild and St Joan of Arc Catholic Church. She had a passion for traveling, volunteer work with the theater and arts, family, friends and especially her grandchildren. Helen is survived by Denise (Lyndon) Edmonson, Chris (Tammy) La Fleur, Caden Adison and Amelya La Fleur.

A funeral mass for Helen will be held Friday, January 10, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 3801 E Greenway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85032. A reception & fellowship will occur Friday, January 10, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, 3801 E Greenway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85032. A cemetery committal service will occur Friday, January 10, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
