In Loving Memory of Henry Francis “Hank” Burns. Hank passed away 4/11/2026 peacefully at home and surrounded by family. Henry Francis “Hank” Burns, born July 20, 1953, in Seminole, Oklahoma, lived a life marked by dedication to family, service, and community. Hank graduated from Maryvale High School in 1971. Shortly after, he married the love of his life, Cory Christmas, in 1972, beginning a devoted partnership that spanned decades and built a strong and loving family. In 1976, Hank proudly joined the Phoenix Fire Department, where he served his community with courage, commitment, and compassion. His years of service reflected his deep sense of duty and willingness to help others in their time of need. After twenty years of dedicated service, Hank retired in 1996, leaving behind a legacy of bravery and professionalism. Hank leaves behind his loving wife, Cory; his three beautiful daughters, Traci, Tiffany, and Ashley; and six cherished grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense pride and joy. He will be remembered for his strength, kindness, sense of humor, and unwavering love for his family. A Memorial Service will be held at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Road, Phoenix, AZ 85022, US, on April 30, 2026, from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. Hank’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
