67 of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on June 10, 2016. He was born January 12, 1949 in Wyandotte, MI to Dorothy and Don Blatt. He is survived by his long and lasting love and partner, Connie Blount. James was a veteran (US Army) and a former Phoenix Firefighter. A graveside service, in James's honor, will be held Fri., July 15, 2016 at 10 a.m. Arizona National Memorial Cemetery 23029 N.
