92, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away December 18, 2013. Jeff was born December 16, 1921 at Silver City NM, to Thomas William Simmons and Myrtle Blevins. Jeff was an Eagle Scout. During WWII Jeff served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He graduated from ASU and retired from the Arizona Department of Public Safety. He was preceded in death by his wife Hazel J. Simmons, sister Gerry Ramiller and brother Ray Simmons. Jeff is survived by sons Gary Wayne Lowe and Michael Jeffrey Simmons, four grand-sons, three grand-daughters, eleven great-grand-sons and eight great-grand-daughters. A grave side service is scheduled for 1 P.M., Monday, December 23, 2013, at Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 719 N 27th Ave., Phoenix, Arizona 85009.
