He worked hard as an electrician and repairing and installing air conditioners.
He served in the United States Army.
Jerry was preceded in death by his mother Edna Giles Pearson Morris, father John Joe Lee Pearson, Sr., step-father Carl E. Morris, brother Samuel Paul Pearson and son Samuel Joseph Pearson.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie Brady Pearson, children Selina, Carl, John, Joshua Nat, Maricela, Leticia, Sophia and Emanuel, two sisters, six brothers and many nieces and nephews.
A public visitation will be held on Thursday, September 21st at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary beginning at 10 AM, with his funeral being held at 11 AM. We will then be going in procession to the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona on Cave Creek Road in Phoenix for the committal service at 1 PM.
He was loved and will be missed by many friends and family.
